The other sources do not include "Cub Scout" in the name of the award. In my experience, the Scout Shop is not a reliable source for "official" names. Name of Award

BSA and MeritBadge.org are inconsistent in what they call this award.

Scouting.org frequently refers to this as the Den Leader Training Award:

Two of these sources (index and back cover of Guide to Awards and Insignia and the Scout Shop use "Cub Scout" as a part of the name of the award. The other sources do not include "Cub Scout" in the name of the award. In my experience, the Scout Shop is not a reliable source for "official" names.
