Treasurer - Good Practices

Hi... I was not sure if something like the "Treasurer - Good Practices" is useful or not. Our pack has been doing well (though with an out-of-town treasurer), but we are going through troop issues with the treasurer. It caused me to think about what we've been doing and what needs improvement. Anyway, I'm not sure MeritBadge.Com is looking for articles such as "Treasurer - Good Practices". if you could let me know, that would guide whether I add or prune.  :) User:PHilpisch Peter
